Critter Control Operations is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive growth in residential and commercial wildlife services across the Chattanooga area. You will identify needs, propose humane removal and prevention solutions, and build long-term client relationships.

Role emphasizes consultative selling, pipeline development, and collaboration with operations to ensure top-tier customer experiences. Competitive comp and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Act as a consultative problem solver—diagnosing wildlife and pest issues and recommending solutions.
• Develop relationships and build a pipeline to exceed sales targets.
• Grow new business in your territory through networking, referrals, and partnerships.
• Build relationships with homeowners, property managers, realtors, contractors and sister brands to drive sales.
• Partner with operations to ensure a safe, high-quality customer experience.
