Job summary

Critter Control Operations, Inc. is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Chattanooga to drive business growth by prospecting and developing relationships with residential and commercial customers.

You will diagnose wildlife needs, recommend humane solutions, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a high-quality customer experience from initial consultation through service completion. The role requires a hunter mindset, proven outside sales experience, and the ability to travel as

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Outside sales experience in pest control, roofing, construction, or similar fields is a plus.
• Must be able to travel up to 10% and travel to Atlanta within 30 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business in residential and commercial segments.
• Consult with customers to understand wildlife issues and tailor solutions.
• Create and present detailed proposals for services and close deals.
• Build and maintain relationships with homeowners, property managers, realtors, and contractors.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure a smooth customer experience from consultation to service completion.
