Job summary

Waste Pro is seeking a Territory Sales Representative for River Parish and East Bank Jefferson Parish. You will drive revenue growth through targeted prospecting, client development, and relationship management across the defined territory.

The role requires qualification of prospects, development of strategic bids and proposals, and close collaboration with Sales Managers to meet client expectations and finalize contracts. Extensive travel within the territory is expected.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years sales/marketing/business development in waste services is preferred.
• Strong consultative and solutions-based selling skills.
• Proven ability to forecast and report sales activities.

Responsibilities

• Develops maximum sales volume and profitability within defined territory.
• Partner with Regional and Corporate Sales Managers on market and sales planning.
• Meet or exceed sales call activity goals for new sales.
• Build a strong customer base through calls and in-person visits.
• Drive acquisition, retention and renewal of contracts through relationships.
