ALSAC, the fundraising arm for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, is seeking a VOE Territory Liaison to strengthen volunteer strategies and engagement across designated regions.

You will partner with VOE Advisors, Territory leadership, and local volunteers to recruit, steward, and recognize volunteers, ensuring a consistent, mission‑centered experience year‑round. Travel up to 30% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% and work full-time, M-F with occasional weekends.

Responsabilités

• Builds territory‑specific recruitment, stewardship, and recognition strategies.
• Provides hands‑on support for recruitment, engagement, and recognition efforts.
• Develops relationships with local organizations, volunteers, and leaders.
• Works with Territory Area Leads to tailor local engagement approaches.
• Supports staff and volunteers with consistent, welcoming experiences.
• Promotes best practices and scalable processes across territories.
