Job summary

ALSAC, the fundraising arm of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, is seeking a VOE Territory Liaison to strengthen volunteer recruitment, stewardship, recognition, and engagement across designated territories.

You will partner with VOE Advisors, Territory leadership, and local volunteers to build territory-specific strategies and momentum throughout the year. Location: Georgia, full-time; travel around 30% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• 4–6 years of relevant experience
• Experience working in an ALSAC Territory preferred

Responsibilities

• Territory recruitment: develop and execute territory- and area-specific volunteer recruitment strategies
• Provide hands-on recruitment support across assigned territories
• Support stewardship, engagement, and volunteer recognition efforts
• Build relationships with local organizations and volunteer leaders
• Assist with National Volunteer Week activities and local recognition events
• Ensure consistent, welcoming, mission-centered volunteer experiences across territories
