St. Jude Children's Research Hospital - ALSAC is seeking a VOE Territory Liaison to connect VOE strategy with territory execution across assigned territories. You will strengthen volunteer recruitment, stewardship, recognition, and engagement with Territory Area Leads and local partners.

The role focuses on building local relationships, guiding staff, and ensuring a consistent, mission-driven volunteer experience year-round. Travel up to 30% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field required.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• Work Week: Full time, M-F; Travel: 30%.

Responsibilities

• Builds territory recruitment, stewardship, and recognition strategies.
• Provide hands-on recruitment support across territories and engage local groups and partners.
• Support territory engagement through events, touchpoints, and dashboards.
