Job summary

ALSAC, the fundraising arm of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, seeks a Territory Liaison to bridge VOE strategy with territory execution, strengthening volunteer recruitment, stewardship, recognition, and engagement across assigned territories.

You will partner with VOE Advisors, Territory leadership, and local staff to build territory-specific volunteer strategies, deepen local relationships, and maintain momentum year-round.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and 4-6 years of relevant experience.
• Work Week: Full time, M-F Occasional weekends Travel: 30%
• Experience working in an ALSAC Territory preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory- and area‑specific volunteer recruitment strategies.
• Provide hands-on support for volunteer recruitment, engagement and recognition.
• Build relationships with local organizations, volunteers, and leaders.
• Collaborate with Territory Area Leads to tailor local engagement approaches.
