Job summary

Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates is seeking a Veterinary District Sales Manager to lead the Florida West territory. This field-based role requires residence within the territory and focuses on executing Vet BU strategy to achieve clinic-focused sales goals.

You will translate product knowledge into opportunities, develop territory plans, and build relationships with clinic decision-makers. Travel ~20–30% and occasional conferences are expected; a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 2+ years sales experience, preferably B2B.
• Veterinary clinic experience preferred.
• Excellent communication & presentation skills (oral and written).
• Possession of a driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Overnight travel required, approx. 20–30% travel.

Responsibilities

• Translate knowledge of products, categories, customer and clinic data into business opportunities.
• Develop and execute a territory business plan to grow clinics within geography.
• Establish and grow relationships with clinic decision-makers.
• Deliver data-driven presentations to address veterinary staff needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet objectives.
• Manage budget and CRM reporting; complete reports timely.
