Job summary

Mars Incorporated is seeking a Veterinary District Sales Manager for Eastern North Carolina (Raleigh, Greenville, Plymouth, Elizabeth City areas). This field-based role requires living within the territory and traveling roughly 20-30% for conferences and clinics.

You will execute Vet BU strategy, grow clinic relationships, and deliver data-driven presentations to drive business opportunities. The role targets candidates with 2+ years of sales experience (preferably B2B), strong communication and

Qualifications

2+ years sales experience, preferably B2B.
Excellent communication & presentation skills (oral and written).
Bachelor's Degree Preferred.
Possession of a driver's license and a clean driving record.
Overnight travel 20-30%+ travel.

Responsibilities

Translate knowledge of products, categories and clinic data into business opportunities.
Develop and execute a territory business plan by understanding clinic operational needs.
Establish and grow relationships with clinic decision-makers.
Develop and deliver data-driven presentations for Veterinary staff.
Collaborate with Account teams, Digital Sales, Inside Accounts and Scientific Affairs to meet objectives.
Manage sales budget and CRM reporting.
