Job summary

Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates is seeking a Veterinary District Sales Manager for the Royal Canin brand in Johnson City, TN / Asheville, NC. This field-based role requires living within the territory and entails 20-30% travel to clinics and conferences.

The role focuses on delivering market-driven sales plans, building relationships with clinic decision-makers, and working cross-functionally to grow clinic access, data-driven presentations, and territory performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years sales experience, preferably B2B.
• Excellent communication & presentation skills (oral and written).
• Possession of a driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Translate knowledge of products, categories, customer, and clinic data into business opportunities.
• Develop and execute a territory business plan by understanding clinic operational needs and growing clinics in the geography.
• Establish and grow relationships with clinic decision-makers within the territory.
