Job summary

Antech Diagnostics, Inc. in Madison, WI seeks a Diagnostic Sales Manager to drive territory growth across Reference Lab services, IHD equipment, imaging, and telemedicine offerings.

You will promote, sell, and support the full diagnostic portfolio in partnership with Equipment Specialists and regional SDx leaders. The role requires building client relationships, delivering product education at staff in-services and seminars, and managing a high-activity travel schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field; Animal Health, Biological Sciences or Business preferred.
• 3+ years of successful field sales experience; veterinary diagnostics preferred.
• Demonstrated success in prospecting, pre-call planning and closing deals.

Responsibilities

• Create territory coverage plans and conduct 85%+ in-person sales calls to promote and service hospitals and veterinarians.
• Increase diagnostic revenue growth for Reference Lab, imaging, and In-house Diagnostics through new accounts and upgrades.
• Independently advance sales to contract closure and manage pricing within guidelines.
• Develop quarterly sales plans to achieve goals and participate in the sales compensation plan.
• Provide education and training on IHD and Reference Lab products to staff and veterinarians.
