Responsibilities

• Execute telephonic business development strategies for assigned agents across a defined territory.
• Market and grow Personal Risk Services sales with potential focus on Farm and Ranch where appropriate.
• Collaborate with underwriting and field colleagues to promote a One Chubb approach to products and capabilities.
• Manage and track KPIs such as quotes, policies issued, line and industry mix, and profit.
• Identify new customers through pipelining, pre-qualification, and territory analysis.
