Chubb Insurance Solutions Agency (CISA) is expanding its business development team to broaden the reach of Personal Lines products through independent agents. This role focuses on telephonic sales and building lasting relationships to drive growth across a designated territory in the United States.

You will collaborate with underwriting and field teams to implement agency management strategies, monitor KPIs, and identify opportunities in Personal Lines, Rec Marine, and Farm and Ranch offerings.

Responsibilities

• Sales strategy development: create and implement telephonic business development strategies to target and engage agents within the territory.
• Market growth: drive Personal Lines growth by cultivating new distribution sources and expanding relationships.
• Performance metrics: aim to meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals across KPIs like appointments, quotes, policies, line mix and profitability.
• Market insight: maintain understanding of local market landscape, Chubb's capabilities and corporate vision to align strategy and execution.
• Collaboration: work with underwriting staff and field colleagues to implement agency management strategies and promote a unified Chubb approach.
• Feedback loop: communicate market insights and trends to inform strategic decisions.
• Pipeline development: identify and pre-qualify potential customers using territory management and pipelining techniques.
