Job summary

Howard Technology Solutions is seeking an Account Executive to promote and sell technology solutions to SMB and enterprise customers within a designated Illinois territory. This role requires travel to customer sites and effective collaboration to meet sales quotas.

The ideal candidate will develop business opportunities, build relationships, perform presentations, and forecast monthly results while maintaining CRM records and staying organized in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to develop relationships with customers and prospects.
• Interest in technology sales and solutions.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and official emailing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Actively and consistently prospect and develop new business
• Build customer relationships
• Conduct presentations and in-service trainings
• Monthly forecasting
• Ability to plan personal work schedules, prioritizing work tasks and responsibilities
• Complete weekly Sales Productivity Reports
• Daily updates of CRM system
