Job summary

Westlake Royal Building Products is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to cover Michigan, Ohio, and Kentucky. Ideal candidates may sit in Columbus, OH, Cleveland, OH, or Detroit, MI, driving growth through consultative relationships with Architects, Builders, Contractors, and Distributors.

The role promotes Cultured Stone, Eldorado Stone, Dutch Quality Stone, and StoneCraft, manages forecasts, and collaborates with the Regional Sales Leader to achieve sales budgets in the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years direct sales experience.
• Proven success in growing sales through consultative relationships.
• Experience with Salesforce or another CRM system.
• Proficient with MS Office (Teams, Outlook 365).
• Valid US state driver’s license is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Represent and sell Westlake stone products in the assigned territory (MI, OH, KY).
• Develop and maintain territory plans to achieve company and regional initiatives.
• Arrange demonstrations, training sessions, and events with Architects, Builders, Contractors, and Distributors.
• Schedule and participate in local trade association events and trade shows.
• Collaborate with the Regional Sales Leader and other sales team members for One Company success.
• Manage forecasts, budgets, gross margin, and sales revenue; submit reports.
