Job summary

Alfasigma Nutrition in Fayetteville, AR is seeking a Specialty Sales Manager to drive product adoption with healthcare providers, building relationships with key customers and institutions while meeting territorial sales goals.

You will execute the brand strategy, conduct both in-person and remote calls, and manage account plans, budgets, training, and samples as required. A two-year outside sales background and strong presentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least two years of outside sales experience; B2B or life sciences preferred.
• Proven track record of consistent high performance in sales or customer service.
• Strong business/financial acumen and ability to identify market opportunities.
• Experience with CRM software and iPad usage.
• Must be able to travel 25–30% or more as required by territory.
• Must reside within the territory or short driving distance.
• Demonstrates high ethical and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Understand and execute Alfasigma Nutrition strategy at the prescriber level.
• Influence health care providers to prescribe promoted products with appropriate patients.
• Develop and execute territory plans and account prioritization.
• Support customers with approved resources, materials and programs.
• Build relationships with HCPs and key institutions in the territory.
• Engage KOLs to educate on product benefits via approved studies.
• Meet call plan expectations and territory sales goals compliantly.
• Conduct F2F and remote calls as allowed by company policy.
• Attend scheduled meetings and training; manage budgets and expenses.
