Job summary

ARS Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Specialty Sales Representative to drive brand awareness and product adoption in the Richmond, VA area. This field-based role engages healthcare professionals and stakeholders through compliant product education and strategic territory execution.

You must reside in the territory and be prepared for travel as needed. The position offers a base salary of $120,000–$150,000 with potential incentives and a comprehensive benefits package including equity and 401k

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 2+ years of field-based sales or customer-facing experience; pharmaceutical, specialty, or healthcare experience preferred.
• Experience supporting new initiatives, launches, or growth-oriented environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead territory performance by developing and executing focused territory plans.
• Deliver clear, balanced product education in person or virtually.
• Build relationships with prescribers, pharmacists, and hospital staff to drive adoption.
