ARS Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Specialty Sales Representative to drive brand awareness and product adoption across an assigned geography. You will engage prescribers, pharmacists, hospital staff, and administrators with balanced, compliant education and build strong professional relationships.

This field-based role emphasizes executing territory strategies, expanding adoption, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support account planning and patient access. A valid U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 2+ years of field-based sales or customer-facing experience with a track record of consistent performance; pharma/healthcare experience preferred.
• Experience supporting new initiatives, launches, or growth-oriented environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead territory performance by developing and executing focused territory and account plans.
• Deliver clear, balanced, and compliant product education through in-person and virtual engagements.
• Build strong professional relationships with prescribers, influencers, and key stakeholders.
• Establish credibility as a trusted, reliable resource with value-driven interactions.
• Identify opportunities to influence behavior and expand product use by understanding workflows.
• Learn and navigate payer and access dynamics to support patient access.
• Demonstrate initiative and resilience in evolving or ambiguous situations.
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation and comply with policies and training.
