IconicCare places an in-house physiatrist in skilled nursing facilities to support pain management and function. The role focuses on relationship-building with facility leadership and coordinating with our clinical team to ensure patients receive the right care.

You do not need a clinical background; success comes from trust, following our system, and turning front-desk access into a named relationship with the DON.

Qualifications

• Ability to build trust with facility leadership (Administrators, DONs)
• Strong communication and scheduling skills
• Comfort working with healthcare professionals in SNFs

Responsibilities

• Visit a set route of facilities across the Dallas metro
• Build repeat relationships with front desk staff, Administrators, and DONs
• Set up alignment calls with Administrators and DONs
• Log every visit and meeting in HubSpot
• Maintain a clean sales pipeline for smooth handoffs
