Job summary

IconicCare is seeking a dynamic representational professional to own the New Orleans metro. You will visit skilled nursing facilities, build relationships with Administrators and Directors of Nursing, and coordinate alignment calls with our clinical team.

Your role centers on partnership and trust rather than hard selling. Work is in-person across the metro with regular visits to the same buildings, establishing long-term relationships and a strong presence in facilities that need in-house

Qualifications

• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
• Able to pass a background check and facility visitor requirements.
• Professional, trustworthy presence in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Visit a set route of facilities across the metro.
• Build repeat relationships with front desk staff, Administrators, and DONs.
• Set up alignment calls with both the Administrator and the DON attending.
• Log every visit and meeting in HubSpot.
• Keep a clean pipeline so every booked call is ready for a smooth handoff.
