IconicCare seeks a proactive field sales/partnership manager to own the New Orleans metro. You’ll visit skilled nursing facilities, build relationships with Administrators and Directors of Nursing, and coordinate with our clinical team to align on patient care.

You don’t need a clinical background; Dr. Morris handles clinical talks. Your job is establishing trust, keeping notes in HubSpot, and maintaining a steady, repeat presence in the same buildings to unlock ongoing collaborations.

Qualifikationen

• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Able to pass a background check and meet facility visitor requirements.
• A professional, trustworthy presence in a healthcare setting.

Aufgaben

• Visit a set route of facilities across your metro.
• Build repeat relationships with front desk staff, Administrators and DONs.
• Set up alignment calls with Administrator and DON.
• Log visits and meetings in HubSpot.
• Maintain a clean pipeline for booked calls and handoffs.
