Job summary

IconicCare in Pittsburgh is seeking a field-based relationship specialist to visit skilled nursing facilities across the greater Pittsburgh metro. You’ll build trust with Administrators and Directors of Nursing and set up alignment calls with Dr. Morris and our Director of Revenue Operations.

• We want a quick learner who is incredibly friendly and personable.
• Able to follow a system, keep notes, and make friends.

Responsibilities

• Repeatedly visit a set route of facilities across the metro.
• Build repeat relationships with front desk staff, Administrators, and DONs.
• Set up alignment calls with the Administrator and the DON.
• Log every visit and meeting in HubSpot.
• Keep a clean pipeline so every booked call is ready for a smooth handoff.
