You will visit skilled nursing facilities, build repeat relationships with Administrators and Directors of Nursing, and set up alignment calls with our clinical team to ensure patient care alignment. Qualifications

• Must be able to build repeat relationships with facility staff and key decision makers.
• Proficient in logging visits and maintaining a sales/facility contact pipeline.
• Able to follow a system and keep notes in a CRM (HubSpot).

Responsibilities

• Visit a set route of facilities across the Minneapolis metro.
• Build repeat relationships with front desk staff, Administrators, and DONs.
• Set up alignment calls with Administrator and DON.
• Log every visit and meeting in HubSpot.
• Maintain a clean pipeline for smooth handoffs.
