Job summary

ADT, the leading U.S. smart home security provider, is looking for motivated sales advisors to partner with small business owners. You’ll explain our security and automation solutions, tailor recommendations, and travel within your designated territory to visit customers at their locations.

You’ll build trust, close deals, and develop long-term relationships while earning uncapped commissions. Training is provided; first eight weeks you can earn up to $4,000.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to travel within a designated territory using your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required; additional licensing may be needed based on location.
• Strong communicator and natural relationship builder, able to consult with customers, understand their needs, and guide them to the right solution.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with an entrepreneurial mindset; you thrive on uncovering new leads and closing deals that deliver real value.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers at their businesses to demonstrate security solutions.
• Listen and build trust with small business owners.
• Customize each system to fit the business’s layout, operations, and security needs.
• Conduct post-installation follow-ups to confirm commitments and strengthen relationships.
