Job summary

Stine Seed Company is seeking an Independent Sales Representative to cover Buchanan, Clay, Jackson MO and Doniphan, Atchison, Jefferson KS. You will act as the primary ambassador for the Stine brand within your territory.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in agriculture, including agronomy or seed sales, with strong communication, negotiation, and dealer development skills. You will work with a regional agronomist to support customers and grow sales.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of ag experience, including agronomy, crop production or seed sales.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge of proven sales techniques and negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary ambassador of the Stine brand within the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain agronomic and technical knowledge of Stine seed products for the territory.
• Manage existing accounts & recruit new accounts to increase sales.
• Work with the Regional Sales Agronomist to provide high-level sales support within the territory.
• Develop and enhance relationships with customers and potential customers.
