Job summary

Stine Seed Company in Ohio is seeking an Independent Sales Representative for the Eastern Ohio territory. You will act as the main ambassador for the Stine brand, developing agronomic knowledge and managing key accounts to drive sales across corn and soybean seed products.

The role offers a flexible hybrid/partial remote arrangement within Coshocton County and surrounding areas. Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in agriculture or seed sales, strong communication, and proven dealer development

Qualifications

Three+ years of ag experience, including agronomy, crop production or seed sales.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven sales techniques, negotiation skills and ability to overcome obstacles.
Experience building/retaining dealer relationships a plus.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary ambassador of the Stine brand in the assigned eastern Ohio territory.
Develop and maintain thorough agronomic and product knowledge for Stine seed products and services.
Manage existing accounts and recruit new ones to grow sales within the district.
Communicate and implement Stine sales programs and policies to meet territory goals.
Collaborate with the Regional Sales Agronomist to provide high-level sales support.
Build and deepen relationships with customers and prospects.
