Job summary

Stine Seed Company in Emmons, Logan, and McIntosh counties, North Dakota, seeks an Independent Sales Representative to drive seed sales with a hybrid/partial-remote schedule. You will manage accounts, recruit new partners, and promote Stine products across a well-established territory.

You will work with the Regional Sales Agronomist to deliver agronomic support, build strong grower relationships, and execute sales programs to meet district goals.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of agricultural experience in agronomy, crop production, or seed sales.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven sales techniques and ability to overcome obstacles.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with growers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary ambassador of the Stine brand within the territory.
• Develop agronomic and technical knowledge of Stine seed products and services.
• Manage existing accounts and recruit new accounts to increase sales.
• Communicate and implement Stine's sales programs to meet district goals.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Agronomist to provide sales support.
• Develop and enhance relationships with customers and potential customers.
