Job summary

Stine Seed Company is seeking an Independent Sales Representative to cover McCook, Hanson, Davison, Miner, and Sanborn counties in South Dakota. You will serve as the primary ambassador of the Stine brand, manage existing accounts, recruit new ones, and drive sales with agronomic knowledge of our seed products.

The role offers a well-established territory, agronomic and sales support, and the flexibility to work your territory your way.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of ag experience or related agronomy knowledge.
• Proven sales experience with farmers or dealers preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Stine brand as primary ambassador in the assigned SD counties.
• Develop and maintain agronomic knowledge of Stine products for the territory.
• Manage existing accounts and recruit new ones to grow sales.
• Communicate and execute Stine sales programs and policies to meet district goals.
• Collaborate with the Regional Sales Agronomist to deliver sales support.
