Job summary

Stine Seed Company is seeking an Independent Sales Representative to cover Central North Dakota, including Stutsman, Foster, and Wells counties. You will grow sales by managing existing accounts, recruiting new ones, and delivering agronomic knowledge to growers and dealers.

This role offers flexibility to work your territory effectively and collaborate with sales agronomists to meet region-wide goals. You should have at least three years of agricultural experience, proven sales and negotiation

Qualifications

• Three+ years of agricultural experience, including agronomy, crop production or seed sales.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven sales techniques and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary ambassador of the Stine brand within the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain agronomic and technical knowledge of Stine products for the territory.
• Manage existing accounts and recruit new ones to increase sales.
• Coordinate with Regional Sales Agronomist to provide sales support.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with growers and dealers.
