Job summary

Stine Seed Company is seeking an Independent Sales Representative to cover Centre and Blair counties in PA. You will serve as the brand ambassador, develop agronomic knowledge, manage existing accounts, recruit new ones, and work with the Regional Sales Agronomist to support sales initiatives.

You will build relationships with growers, understand their needs, and drive territory growth with flexible work styles and performance-based earning potential.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of agricultural experience, including agronomy, crop production, or seed sales.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary ambassador of the Stine brand within the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain agronomic and technical knowledge of Stine seed products and services in the territory.
• Manage existing accounts & recruit new accounts to increase sales.
• Communicate and implement Stine sales programs and policies to meet district sales goals.
• Collaborate with the Regional Sales Agronomist to provide high-level sales support.
• Build and strengthen relationships with customers and potential customers, directly or via a designated seller.
