Job summary

Stine Seed Company is seeking an Independent Sales Representative to act as the primary ambassador of the Stine brand within the assigned Maryland territory. You will develop agronomic knowledge of Stine seed products and manage existing accounts while recruiting new ones to drive sales growth.

You will implement Stine s sales programs, collaborate with the Regional Sales Agronomist for high-level support, and build strong relationships with growers to understand their needs and deliver results.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of ag experience with agronomy, crop production, or seed sales.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge of proven sales techniques and strong negotiating ability.
• Experience in dealer development and retention.
• Proactive, self-driven with ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary ambassador of the Stine brand within the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain agronomic and technical knowledge of Stine products for the territory.
• Manage existing accounts and recruit new ones to increase sales.
• Communicate and implement Stine's sales programs and policies to meet district sales goals.
• Collaborate with the Regional Sales Agronomist to provide high-level sales support.
• Build and strengthen relationships with customers and potential customers.
