Job summary

ADT is seeking dynamic sales professionals to visit small business customers and demonstrate the value of ADT's security and smart business solutions. You will tailor systems to fit each business and guide customers to the best options, while building trust and long‑term relationships.

Training and uncapped commissions are provided. You’ll travel within a designated territory using your own vehicle, with mileage reimbursed, and enjoy a comprehensive benefits package and career growth

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to travel within a designated territory using your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required; additional licensing may be needed based on location.
• Comfortable using technology to stay organized, efficient, and accountable in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with an entrepreneurial mindset; you thrive on uncovering new leads and closing deals that deliver real value.
• Strong communicator and natural relationship builder, able to consult with customers, understand their needs, and guide them to the right solution.
• Adaptable and flexible; you excel in dynamic environments and enjoy learning new systems and approaches.
• Consumer sales experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the value of ADT’s security and smart business solutions to small business customers.
• Explain products and services in depth and recommend the right options for each customer’s needs.
• Visit customers at their businesses and tailor solutions to fit layouts, operations, and security needs.
• Listen and build trust with business owners to become a reliable advisor throughout the sales process.
