ADT Security Services is seeking a dynamic Sales Advisor to visit small business customers and demonstrate our security and smart business solutions. You’ll tailor systems to each business, explain product benefits in depth, and guide customers to the right options while building lasting relationships.

We offer training and a path to significant earnings through commissions, with a base potential and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willing to travel within a designated territory using own vehicle.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Comfortable using technology to stay organized in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset; able to uncover leads and close deals.
• Strong communicator and relationship builder, able to consult with customers and guide them to the right solution.

Responsibilities

• Listen and build trust with small business owners throughout the sales process.
• Customize each security solution to fit the business layout and operations.
• Conduct post-installation follow-ups to confirm commitments and foster referrals.
• Cultivate new business opportunities by identifying and generating leads within your territory.
