Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to travel within a designated territory using own vehicle and mileage reimbursement.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; additional licensing may be needed by location.
• Comfortable using technology to stay organized in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset to uncover new leads and close deals.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the value of ADT security and smart home solutions to customers, explaining products and services in depth.
• Visit customers in their homes to provide consultative selling and tailored recommendations.
• Build trust and become a reliable advisor during the sale and after installation.
• Identify and generate new sales leads to maximize outreach and drive growth.
