Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC in Florida is seeking energetic entry-level territory sales representatives to promote supplemental insurance solutions to small and medium businesses. You’ll receive thorough training and have the autonomy to manage your own schedule while building your client portfolio across your territory.

You’ll engage decision-makers, conduct product showcases, and work with a supportive team to hit weekly and quarterly targets.

Qualifications

• Pre-employment background check required.
• Active driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain; study course provided and fees reimbursed).
• Bachelor's degree or minimum 4 years post-high school work experience; candidates near degree completion considered.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within your territory
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text
• Schedule meetings to understand clients' insurance needs
• Attend calls and meetings with the sales manager and team
• Visit new businesses and build relationships with local owners
• Develop and nurture your client portfolio
• Collaborate with the sales manager to set monthly and quarterly targets
• Plan weekly schedule and report it to management
