Job summary

Partners In Recovery LLC in Jasper, IN is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to be the main point of contact for a specific territory and deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.

You will analyze issues, collaborate with Order Processing, Logistics and Manufacturing, communicate with dealer partners and sales reps, and use MS Office (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook) to track inquiries and maintain accuracy.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Access and Outlook is required.
• Minimum of associate degree is preferred.
• Strong listening, verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; must be a team player with a positive, upbeat attitude.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main point of contact for a specific territory.
• Analyze issues and provide the best resolution for the customer and company.
• Collaborate effectively with various departments including Order Processing, Logistics, Manufacturing, etc.
• Communicate effectively with dealer partners and external sales representatives.
• Provide appropriate and timely responses to inquiries and requests.
• Must be well-versed in the Indiana Furniture product offering, and/or be willing to learn.
• Ability to work occasional overtime as needed.
• Ability to travel as required; currently anticipated to be <5% for professional development, customer visits, etc.
• Perform other duties as may be assigned at management’s discretion.
