Job summary

Corteva Agriscience seeks a Sales Support Coordinator to join our Tipton, Indiana team. You will serve retailers and field sales personnel with supply chain and administrative support, acting as a subject matter expert in sales programs, logistics, and account maintenance.

You will communicate with diverse teams, manage inventory movements, and ensure timely, accurate responses while supporting continuous process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business preferred; associate degree with relevant experience acceptable.
• 2–3 years in agriculture, supply chain and logistics, and/or customer service with leadership skills.
• Ability to learn product knowledge related to sales support.
• Strong communication in phone, email, and presentation formats.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SAP.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems in an empowered work environment.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Identifies and communicates process-improvement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison for supply chain, logistics, and administrative support to retailers and field sales personnel.
• Act as single point of contact for assigned Retail Locations and coordinate with field sales teams.
• Provide high-level product supply support and handle deadlines, information requests, and pull-backs.
• Navigate inventory movements, repackaging requests, and related logistics decisions.
• Support year-end settlements and document alignment for proper process execution.
• Share knowledge of sales programs and contribute to process improvements.
