The Customer Order Coordinator is proficient in Microsoft 365 applications and SAP, with strong communication skills and experience providing consultative, customer-focused technical support. This individual demonstrates a strong desire to learn new electronic ordering systems and is committed to driving continuous improvement through order management automation and process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Review orders for accuracy and prepare them for entry
• Review contract eligibility for Government orders
• Enter and change orders
• Verify Group Purchasing Organization eligibility and creates LIC’s
• Process and support orders received electronically and via e-mail
• Able to utilize electronic specification tools and load orders into our eOrder portal
• Communicate with customers, both internal and external, via telephone or email to resolve questions, discrepancies, or incomplete order information
• Report all incomplete orders into Salesforce for tracking purposes and to manage workloadReview incomplete orders in SalesForce and follow up per our order guidelines
