Job summary

BMH is seeking a Customer Service & Sales Representative to drive territory growth by acquiring new accounts and nurturing existing relationships. You will promote Planned Maintenance agreements, OEM and aftermarket parts, and service opportunities while coordinating scheduling and quotations.

You will act as the primary customer contact for service status, parts availability, and maintenance scheduling, ensuring timely updates and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales, or account management.
• Experience in the material handling, industrial equipment, or service-based industries is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

• Drive territory growth by developing new customer accounts and maintaining relationships.
• Sell Planned Maintenance (PM) Agreements, parts, and services, including quoting and scheduling.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers regarding service status, parts availability, and maintenance scheduling.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate quoting and track sales activity using CRM.
