THE SEALS - Refrigeration Gasket Specialists is seeking a motivated Territory Sales & Service Representative to grow our customer base in the commercial kitchen industry. The role blends outside sales with light installation work, enabling you to build relationships with restaurant owners while completing simple service projects.

You will enjoy independence, meet new customers, and develop a sales pipeline while applying basic hands-on skills.

Qualifications

• Sales-oriented mindset and strong communication skills.
• Comfort talking with business owners/decision-makers.
• Ability to work independently in the field.
• Basic handyman or mechanical skills for light installation work.
• Ability to use basic hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Prospect restaurants and commercial kitchens within your territory.
• Generate new business through cold calls, in-person visits, networking, and referrals.
• Build relationships with restaurant owners, managers, and kitchen staff.
• Identify opportunities to improve kitchen equipment performance and efficiency.
• Present solutions and close new sales opportunities.
• Track sales activity and customer information in our CRM system.
• Perform installation of refrigeration gaskets and related kitchen components.
• Conduct site visits to identify additional service opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
