Job summary

THE SEALS of San Diego is seeking a motivated Territory Sales & Service Representative to grow our restaurant and kitchen client base. This role blends outside sales with light installation work, giving you opportunities to build relationships with restaurant owners while also completing simple service projects.

If you enjoy independent field work, meeting new customers, and building a sales pipeline with hands-on duties, this is a great fit.

Qualifications

• Sales-oriented mindset and strong communication skills.
• Comfortable talking with restaurant owners and decision-makers.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in the field.
• Goal-driven with a strong work ethic.
• Basic handyman or mechanical skills.
• Ability to use basic hand tools.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Outside sales or service experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prospect restaurants and commercial kitchens within your assigned territory.
• Generate new business through cold calls, in-person visits, networking, and referrals.
• Build relationships with restaurant owners, managers, and kitchen staff.
• Identify opportunities to improve kitchen equipment performance and efficiency.
• Present solutions and close new sales opportunities.
• Track sales activity and customer information in our CRM system.
• Perform installation of refrigeration gaskets and related kitchen components.
• Conduct site visits to identify additional service opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
