Job summary

THE SEALS of DFW is seeking a motivated Territory Sales & Service Representative to expand our customer base in the commercial kitchen sector. The role blends outside sales with light installation work, allowing you to build relationships with restaurant owners while completing simple service projects.

You’ll work independently, meet new customers, and grow a sales pipeline, using basic hands-on skills on a daily basis. This position offers room to grow within a rapidly expanding service company.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to perform light installation work.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Prospect restaurants and commercial kitchens in your territory.
• Generate new business through cold calls, visits, and referrals.
• Build relationships with owners, managers, and staff.
• Identify opportunities to improve kitchen equipment performance.
• Present solutions and close new sales opportunities.
• Track sales activity in the CRM system and update records.
• Perform installation of refrigeration gaskets and related kitchen components.
• Visit sites to identify additional service opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
