Job description

Lead Recruiting & Operations Specialist at Suna Solutions

Base pay range: $50,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr

Location: Phoenix, Arizona

Candidates must be bilingual in Spanish & English!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sign up a minimum of 12 new automotive repair shops per month in the assigned area.
  • Conduct 15-in-person visits daily to new leads and existing merchants to increase enrollment, retention, and sales.
  • Accurately log all merchant interactions and activities in the CRM (Salesforce).
  • Provide ongoing training, troubleshooting, and relationship support to partner shops.
  • Utilize Salesforce Maps to plan intelligent, optimized routes for daily visits.
  • Participate in industry, merchant, and community events in a promotional capacity.
  • Achieve monthly origination quotas by maintaining high engagement with merchants and consistently improving performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and leadership to support growth initiatives and market development.
Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role.
  • Ability to manage territory independently and self-direct daily sales activities.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and route optimization tools.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Must be self-motivated, assertive, and proactive.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and web-based tools.
  • Ability to travel within the territory daily and outside the territory at least 10% of the time.
  • Excellent time management, multitasking, and organizational skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • Reliable transportation for daily travel within the territory.
  • Ability and willingness to drive extensively for field visits (up to 15 stops per day)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bilingual in Spanish required candidates live in following territories: Texas, California, Florida, & Arizona
  • Experience working with or selling to automotive repair centers.
  • Proven success in high-volume, customer-focused environments such as automotive sales, wireless retail (e.g., Verizon, T-Mobile), or rental services (e.g., Enterprise, Hertz).
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
  • Field-based role with frequent travel to client locations within assigned territory.
  • Must be able to lift and transport marketing materials or signage (up to 25 lbs.).
  • Extensive time spent in a car, visiting shops, and conducting in-person meetings.
  • Must be comfortable working independently while managing a route-based schedule.
  • Travel outside of assigned market may be required.
  • Daily use of a laptop, tablet, smartphone, and CRM software.
  • Exposure to indoor and outdoor environments depending on shop locations and events.
