Alleviation Enterprise LLC is expanding its sales team in Utah's Sandy area. As a newly hired sales professional, you'll undergo an intensive training program blending online coursework with hands-on field mentoring.

You'll work in your assigned territory meeting business owners to present tailored supplemental insurance solutions. This role emphasizes control of your income, a healthy work/life balance, and opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of related sales/athletic experience.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Willing to obtain Health & Life Producer license; study course provided and licensing fees reimbursed.
• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and grow your network in the territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with the sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses to build relationships with owners and decision-makers.
• Develop and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with the sales manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan and adhere to a weekly schedule and submit it to your manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
