Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of post-high-school work experience.
• Active Drivers License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state (or willing to obtain).
• Prior sales experience is welcomed but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients in your territory.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Conduct in-person meetings with business owners and managers.
• Build and nurture your client portfolio and hit monthly/quarterly targets.
• Record daily sales activity and maintain schedule with manager.
