Job summary

Olé Mexican Foods, Inc. seeks a Territory Sales Representative to drive growth across the Tucson area. You will manage established routes, lead our sales drivers, and secure new business opportunities by building strong relationships with store managers and key retail decision-makers.

The role requires 1+ years of field sales experience, strong communication, and a willingness to travel in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual Spanish is highly preferred, and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in retail, CPG, or field-based sales; Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; Spanish bilingual preferred.
• Comfort using smartphones/tablets/emails to track goals and communicate with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Drive account growth with tailored sales strategies and secure premium display space.
• Build partnerships with store managers and district managers through regular site visits.
• Lead and align route teams; conduct weekly strategy updates and ensure training is followed.
• Expand market presence by identifying sales leads and securing new business opportunities.
• Conduct store audits to minimize out-of-stocks and optimize merchandising.
• Manage route logistics and participate in weekly safety programs.
