Job summary

Olé Mexican Foods, Inc. is seeking an energetic Territory Sales Representative to grow our presence in the Tucson area. You will manage existing routes, lead our sales drivers, and pursue new opportunities with retailers and store managers.

This role requires 1+ years in field sales, strong communication, and bilingual Spanish may be highly preferred. Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 20-40 lbs are required. Benefits include 401(k) and comprehensive health coverage.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in retail/CPG or field-based sales.
• Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Drive Account Growth by executing tailored sales strategies and maximizing profitability.
• Build Strong Partnerships with store managers and district managers through regular visits.
• Lead & Align Route Teams to optimize sales performance and reporting.
• Expand Market Presence by identifying leads and securing new business.
• Ensure Operational Excellence by managing route logistics and safety procedures.
