AmeriGas Propane, Inc. is seeking a Territory Sales Representative – Residential to prospect, qualify, and close new customers with propane solutions in a defined geographic area.

The role targets Home Builders, HOA communities, and OPS systems, aiming to exceed goals for profit and volume in the Residential segment. Qualifications

• Must have all sales skills necessary to prospect and close new customers.
• Must have complete understanding of propane products and services.
• Must be able to maintain a high level of productivity through careful planning and execution.

Responsibilities

• Increase revenue from Home Builders and HOA and OPS Communities.
• Establish strong relationships with prospective customers through prospecting and business development techniques.
• Develop and execute a sales plan for the geographic area to maintain high activity and productivity.
• Network with decision-makers to lead them to AmeriGas solutions.
• Prepare and present sales proposals and maintain knowledge of products and solutions.
