Job summary

AmeriGas is seeking a Territory Sales Representative – Residential to prospect, qualify, and close new customers within a defined geographic area. The role focuses on residential builders, HOA communities and OPS systems, aiming to exceed total profit, volume growth and non-propane gross profit for the residential segment.

• Must have all sales skills necessary to prospect and close new customers.
• Knowledge of propane products and services is beneficial.
• Experience with residential home builders preferred.

Responsibilities

• Increase revenue from Home Builders, HOA and OPS Communities.
• Develop and execute a sales plan for the assigned geographic area.
• Build relationships with decision-makers to drive AmeriGas solutions.
• Present sales proposals to current and prospective customers.
• Maintain knowledge of products, solutions and regulatory changes.
