Job summary

Crown Equipment Corporation is seeking a Sales Representative in Kalamazoo, MI to maximize territory revenue and expand Crown product adoption. You will develop accounts, build strong customer relationships, and conduct demonstrations to showcase lift trucks and Crown Insite solutions.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work in a team and outside normal business hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Has a strong educational background in business or related field.
• Understands the full sales process and customer lifecycle.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maximize the sale of lift trucks and Crown Insite products within territory.
• Develop existing accounts and seek new business opportunities.
• Analyze opportunities, identify key personnel, and build relationships.
• Consult and problem solve to improve Crown's position in accounts.
• Develop a territory plan and sales strategies, proposals, and forecasts.
• Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations.
• Maintain accurate records of sales calls and activity.
